"I have a good relationship with my worker"

About: Addiction Dependency Solutions / Trafford Bridging the Gap Cheshire And Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Trafford Integrated assessment service

(as a service user),

My journey at this service has been a long one but I have made progress. I don't use drugs anymore and I am stable on my prescription. I have attended many courses through the service Bridging the Gap + Intuitive Recovery which have been very educational and helped me to make changes in my whole life. I see my worker once a month in a community doctors surgery which helps me a lot and have a good open and honest relationship with my worker.
