"Mental health referral"

Absolutely disgusting broken promises if a call to check on a patient referred to your mental health team. Despite calling 4hrs later to chase no rhyme or reason or prospective eta for a call. The relative and her partner left without any support but in the belief something was coming. Appalling it's not a service it's stealing if it cannot give plausible or realistic times for calls. It should at least give alternatives. I even asked what time they close then they assured me it was 5 but staffed til 6 not to worry. Relatives then stayed with the person until 6:20 no call back or anything. I will be complaining and copying in a local councillor. It's not good enough to justify the funding.
