"Excellent service for Physio problem"

About: Concord Medical Centre

I used the Ask My GP service on Sunday 27 May after having a dreadful night in pain due to Gluteal Tendonitis.

As I was due to fly out on holiday 4 days later my request for attention was urgent being that it was also a Bank holiday.

On the first working day (Tuesday 29th) I received a phone call early morning from the Physio team.(sorry I didn't catch the name of the person) in response to my email.

A short chat discussing my problem ended with an appointment being made to pop in on 30th for an injection.

This was excellent service and most welcome as I was concerned about travelling on holiday on 31st.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and we are pleased that our MSK service worked well for you. Over the last year we have expanded our MSK/Physio service to allow patients to seek advice and guidance more quickly. We now have an MSK service available everyday and this also supports the GP Team to deal with clinical cases only they can deal with.
