What I liked

All the staff in the unit are very helpful and understanding.

The doctor I always see is excellent both during the appointment and with any other problems that may arise between my 8-weekly appointments.

Always get a letter after each appointment summarising what has been said etc.

Anything else?

It is really good that you can find results of blood tests online via renalpatientview website so you have an idea with hours how your levels are and whether you expect further tests are required.

The use of on-hand scanning facility is also very good if required.
