What I liked

My elderly Mother was admitted to ward 17 after breaking her hip. Despite initially being in severe pain and very uncooperative with staff due to her dementia, she was treated impeccably by all. The genuine kindness, patience and respect shown to her was exemplary.

I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with her treatment and care. Throughout her stay, I was kept fully informed about her progress. This is very reassuring at such a traumatic time for the family.

The friendly, patient and helpful staff in this Ward are highly motivated and focused on giving the best possible treatment to all in their care. You are assured of the best level of care and a speedy recovery.

Please extend my sincere thanks to all the staff in ward 17!
