Today I tried calling for an appointment.
I started ringing at 1147am. My call was finally answered at 1206pm and no appointment available.
They gave me a walk in centre number 01634 331177. I rang this number for 11 minutes when finally answered they told me to walk in and their waiting time 2 hours.
What are we paying for?????? Services useless and they bare the brunt of my anger
