"Worst Surgery ever Experienced"

Went into this surgery with leg, neck and arm pain in October 2017

Hartley Smith was the doctor I saw who ordered an x-ray which showed acute arthritis in my left arm, I returned to the doctors because I was told I need an injection I told Hartley smith that my neck pain was getting worse he replied and I quote "am I giving you the injection this morning or shall we talk about the neck pain" I was disgusted in his attitude and lack of care. The painkillers he was giving me did nothing I kept asking for an MRI scan but because things like this come out of their budget they would rather pump me full of pain killers .

The pain got worse in my arm and neck so I decided to change my doctors to Arnold medical centre where I was told by my doctor there that it sounded like the symptoms of a disc problem and that I need to have an MRI scan, Now in May 2018 I have had the results of my scan and I have discs

C5 C6 C7 pushing against the nerve and been told it is very significant and that I will need surgery at Preston royal. It was only when I left

Hartley Smiths so called care and Bloomfield medical centre that I actually got the right treatment and diagnosis and due to this was left in absolute pain since October 2017 until now which I find unacceptable
