We came to visit my mother-in-law over the Bank Holiday Weekend and I felt I had to write to commend the hospital on the staff and cleanliness of the hospital.
The cleaning staff - of which there were many were so cheerful and thoughtful during our visit that it really made a difference in what are sad circumstances.
When people go out of their way to smile and chat to you it really helps. Thank you.
