About: Croydon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Been waiting in hospital for 5 hours with son which has broken Arm, three is no doctor to see my son.

This is joke

After 5 hours they still not sure how long I have to wait?!?!?!

What way the NHS is going

The hospital is dirty and the reception has achecued

I have passed your comments to the senior staff responsible for the unit and medical staff so that they are aware of your concerns, although I have been unable, from the information provided, to identify who was responsible for your child's care and treatment. If you are able to contact our PALS office with more information, I will be happy to ensure that the circumstances are fully investigated.
