(as a friend),

I had to call an emergency ambulance for a friend who collapsed recently. The paramedics were both pragmatic and professional, and made my friend and her husband feel listened to and safe.

This resulted in her being taken to PRI ED for further assessment. Thankfully she was able to be discharged. The doctor (Joseph) who assessed her was attentive and caring. He reassured them both about what had happened. thank you.
