"The sister and her assistant could not have been more pleasant"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended the day surgery unit at FVRH for minor surgery for a lesion on my forefinger. Just wanted to say the sister and her assistant could not have been more pleasant and helpful. so very grateful for the attention I received.Can you please pass on my thanks to head nurse Angela and her assistant nurse Kirsty.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with the team. We try to keep the atmosphere in the clinic relaxed and pleasant and I am glad you felt this was the case. Coming into hospital can be an anxious time and it is lovely to hear your experience was a positive one.
