"Cardiac ablation for the 2nd time"

i am writing another review because I feel I have had another wonderful experience at glenfields. I have had to have another ablation and I would like to thank the consultant and all of his team, including the theatre staff who were as always professional but so caring. I was treated with the utmost respect and although nervous was not frightened as I was told as things were happening. The nurses and tea lady on ward 33 were amazing, so overworked but always had time to stop and listen to you and help you. Not once did I feel I was alone.

The attention to detail when handing out medication was second to none, checking for bedsores, checking people were not in pain, making sure people had eaten and had a drink. These people deserve so much more.

All I wanted to say was thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of me, it makes so much difference when you have to go into hospital miles away from home and get treated like this.
