I was admitted on new years day with being short of breath with having asthma attack which turned into pneumonia then I went into respiratory failure and admitted to icu to be intubated and put into an indused coma for few days. when I woke I must say the staff where absolutely brilliant couldn't do anymore for you.
they saved me from the brink I was moved to a ward where there again the nurses where brilliant made me feel comfortable after being what I had been through.
I have just finished with physio on a one day a week basis they again where brilliant the only two things I could complain about is phone signal rubbish on icu when I had my trachy removed I wanted to ring my children but couldn't get a signal and being on o2 its usually pretty good but when I moved to ward 2 I could get one which was a floor up and the other is the tvs on the wards I didn't get visitors through day so days long and boring and having to pay for tv was not good even if they gave you free tv on channels 1,2,3,4,5 would make life a lot more easy and comfortable especially for people who never get visitors.
"couldnt ask for anymore brilliant"
