I was seen by a respiratory nurse today who went above and beyond with her service. She was so attentive and through and I really felt like she took my concerns seriously. Her actions were fast and advise clear. I

Also found the receptionist amazing. She also gave my case 100% attention and chased a query I had as she knew I was anxious about a pending result. Thank you so much for your help and support, very much appreciated.
