What I liked

I had keyhole gall bladder removal a week ago. It was intended to be day surgery but I had to stay in overnight because the surgery was a bit late on in the day. I cannot fault the treatment in either ward or in the theatre. I was quoted £4700 by a private clinic for the same procedure and I can't think that the treatment would have been any better. I have recommended you to all my friends!

What could be improved

The night staff seemed to forget that we were trying to sleep and were carrying on as though it was a day shift with loud talking and lots of lights and noise
