Apppointments were made regularly and efficiently. Changes were dealt with sympathetically.

The nurses are generally quick to greet you with a smile. This is appreciated. The procedure itself is most efficient and friendly.

My only other comment is that this is a painful procedure, although rapid. One has to ask for 'plenty of anaesthetic' and that makes a difference.

Parking, of course, is extremely difficult.
