"Perfect service"

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I had toothache for 3 days and no local dentist would treat me as I wasn't registered and also am expecting so they would not take my tooth out. I called 111 who arranged an appointment with the dental hospital on the same day. I went not knowing what to expect but everyone was absolutely lovely, from the receptionist, the radiographer to the dentists. Just went through the process with me and kept me at ease and treated me with respect. Especially two members of staff. I don't remember the dentist who actually took my tooth out but he was lovely and took the tooth out pretty quickly and also happy that he didn't show me the injection, just put it in and I was done. The service was perfect and everyone was lovely. And I feel much better, no pain at all now. Thank you
