What I liked
I was unfortunate in that the slot for my surgery fell on Christmas Eve with an ovenight stay until Christmas Day morning.
However, timing aside, from the time I arrived the whole process went smoothly and efficiently. The preparations to deal with my adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and sub-acromial impingement was carefully explained along with potential risks and ample opportunity was given to ask questions.
The surgery itself was a complete success and the post operative care faultless.
What could be improved
I've thought very carefully about the whole experience and been unable to come up with a single negative aspect.
Anything else?
