"out of hours"

I am very disappointed with the out of hours. I have been in a lot of back pain and leg pain. Swollen to the legs and feet unable to walk or get dressed and they refuse to see me and won't come out to me as i can't walk down the stairs. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I can't even trust them with other problems as they break confidentiality. They probably see someone with a cut finger or a cold though.
