"Fabulous service"

I was referred as to UCLH to see a senior consultant in the colorectal department who is a specialist in his field. I had two operations done locally and was referred to see my UCLH consultant as a last measure. He and his secretary were truly excellent. I was referred for a CT scan quickly and then listed for surgery. Though there was a long waiting list and I had to patiently wait for the surgery I eventually had my operation in February this year. Whenever I had some bad news (surgery date was rescheduled twice) , it was always given to me in a caring and considerate manner. My stay on the ward was extremely good , from porters to healthcare assistants and the doctors and nurses that saw me on the wards ... And last but not least the excellent surgical team. Thank you!
