What I liked
I recently had surgery to remove my gallbladder. From the scans to the pre- assessment department, surgical -unit and B3 WARD. Every person that dealt with me showed me compassion, respect and understanding, going above and beyond their expected duties to make sure i was comfortable and informed as to the procedure i was going to have. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff on WARD B3 both night and daytime staff for their friendly, helpful and professional attitude towards myself and the other ladies on the ward. To say i had an invasive and painful procedure, my care was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, i felt i could approach any member of staff and they were courteous and compassionate to my needs. I did mention to the staff how pleasant and comfortable they made my stay, and will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen to me. 10 out of 10 is not enough to rate the staff and hospital for my care A big, big thank-you to all involved in my treatment and care
What could be improved
Nothing in the departments and ward i stayed on.
"Compassionate, proffesional, and clean, i could..."
