"No Improvement"

About: The Shirley Health Partnership

I picked up a slip at the surgery which requested, with appreciation , feedback .

I found this amazing as nothing has improved despite numerous bad reviews including my own some months ago .

Today I witnessed reception staff with no compassion , no appointments not even a telephone one and certainly with no people skills .

My Dr is super but the only way I can communicate with him is through letters.

Very rarely can one get through on the phone and even then to no avail with appointments.

Since the engagement of a nurse to do blood tests that service is much better .

Another weak area is the issue of dispensing of prescriptions

which even local chemists say this surgery is 'a nightmare ' for numerous reasons .

No wonder so many of us are anonymous in our reviews for fear of reprisal !!!!

I also am astounded that they are still taking new patients when they cannot provide an adequate ones for those they already have .

It is sad to report in this way as it was once such a well run surgery and the Doctors are good the problem lay with front of house ,management and shear numbers ! !
