"medication review"

I recently attended an appointment with a Trainee GP and at the time was exhausted and in considerable pain (Ihave two knee replacements)and not receptive to pain clinics etc.…. the medication she offered I was dismissive of, however three weeks on and for the first time in a long while, although I am still aware of the pain but it is nowhere near as bad,. the clinic referral came through within the week, so I would like to give her my thanks and also some recognition. People are quick to complain but not as quick to show gratitude
