What I liked

The staff in the day surgery department were very friendly and helpful, made me feel calm and comfortable about the surgery both pre and post operation.

Despite a few complications I had during the surgery (my heart rate) the staff kept me well informed and explained everything that had happened

Special thanks to the porter, nice and friendly & the anesthetist.
