I have tried repeatedly to get a go appointment but I am constantly told there are no appointments available

I was diagnosed with sciatic nerve damage last year and was told at the time if the condition did not improve I would need to go for scans, however this has been impossible to sort out as the receptionist will not allow me to make an appointment I am in a world of pain but the surgery does not support me

I would like to first apologise for the difficulties you have experienced booking an appointment we are currently experiencing an unprecedented shortage of General Practitioners, but we do have a triage nurse on duty each day, if you are in pain and there are no appointments available please ask to speak to the triage nurse who can assess your condition and arrange an urgent appointment if required.
