I was diagnosed with epilepsy in November 2017, after having a seizure in September. Is saw three differnent neurologists from then to now and all of that have been lovely, easy to talk to and made everything easy to understand (by dumbing it down for me) and using words that I know the meaning of and if I didn’t... explained it to me. They took the time to listen to all my question and reassure me about my condition. I also had a few appointments with a nurse, who is lovely! I can message, email, phone to ask questions about epilepsy and always get a swift and friendly response, which in some situations helped put my mind at ease. All of the neurology team that I have met have all been fabulous and I can’t thank them all enough for helping me through this difficult journey and helping me understand and how living with epilepsy and helping me adapt my life to keep myself safe. Thank you all!!
