What could be improved

I attended a&e with regards to a possible fracture, whilst I was in the care of the injuries unit i could clearly hear the docters and nurses discussing me as could over patients in the bay. They did not appear to have much concern for the injury they were dealing with and instead decided to discuss my past allowed in a cruel manner even at one point suggesting I was making up injuries when they don't have my full medical history in front of them. They could improve patient confidentiallity by making sure this does not happen again. I felt highly embarrased and am very reluctant about going back for further appointments at this hospital.
