5 weeks for a routine appointment (every time).
Told to go to St Mary's for a routine blood test as they didn't do them at the surgery unless you were old and infirm (funnily enough the doctor claimed they did do them).
Rude receptionists.
No continuity of doctor. When you do get in you are a complete stranger to them..
Get the impression from the comments here and speaking to other patients that ex Ramilies people are treated appallingly while Osborne Road patients are treated with some sort of consideration (like having a local blood test when they want one).
What is the point of this surgery, you may as well go to an out-patient clinic in the first place.
