"Brilliant service"

About: Lorn & Islands Hospital Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow)

(as a relative),

We had a visit to A&E in Oban with our son who had broken/dislocated his arm. He was referred to RHC to further deal with the injury.

We were seen in both departments very quickly and had brilliant service from all health care professionals throughout our visit.

Dear Mrs mcq

Sounds painful and I do hope your son is recovering well. It was very kind of you to take the time to feed-back. Its appreciated and I am especially glad you got a 'brilliant' service.

Dear Mrs mcq,

I was very sorry to hear about your son's injury and I hope he is feeling much better now it has been treated.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to let us know that you were pleased with the service you received here at RHC.

I have shared your comments with the team who provided the care for your son, all of whom were delighted with your feedback.

Kind regards

Coral
