My partner telephoned the surgery today to seek advice about a currently minor condition that has the potential to be serious quite quickly. My partner was basically asked why he was bothering them with this and told to ring 111. No offer of a call back or an appointment if things got worse. Thank goodness we live in the catchment for another surgery as recently we have had a succession of mistakes with prescriptions including dosage and some unforgivabley poor and dismissive service from receptionists and doctors during appointments.
