A few months ago I began having a few problems.

It turned out to be an issue with a gallstone.

I have been to hospital and had the issue resolved.

During the diagnosis the doctors were brilliant. They were also monitoring another issue that they were concerned about following a blood test.

I have been seen by several doctors, each one being extremely pleasant and caring and explaining what it all meant.

I have just had another blood test and a precautionary ECG. set up by one of the doctors.I After the ECG I saw this same doctor who explained fully the results of it and the blood tests.

She was very professional, took time to explain everything and that there was no concerns.

She had a very caring and reassuring attitude and made me feel at ease.

I must say that during all my visits to the surgery all the staff and nurses were absolutely brilliant even though they were extremely busy.

I felt I needed to give you all praise in giving an excellent service .
