"Not helpful"

Since Ramilies Surgery merged with Trafalgar Road Surgery and Eastney, the Surgery is far too big to provide an efficient good quality service.

It is impossible to get an appointment with a Doctor when you need one, I rang today to get an appointment with the nurse for a procedure that needs to be done by a Nurse and was offered an appointment that is weeks away.

I used to receive an amazing personal caring service from Ramilies and am so disappointed with how bad the service is at Trafalgar.

The clinicians used to be good when I previously needed to see it them, but an extremely poor reception staff lets the Surgery down.

Reception staff are uncaring and blunt.

As an NHS employee is it so sad to see such a poor service as this.

I would be horrified if my team gave this service.
