(as a service user),

I attended a course for six weeks for people suffering with PTSD. The course was incredibly helpful - the most helpful form of treatment I've had for my PTSD yet. It was full of brilliant information, helpful advice and brilliant techniques! Couldn't recommend more. 

Therapists were brilliant!
