Arrived at 11 30 on the 11th april 2018 meet by lovely porter,and lady at recepetion,taken up to the ward,met by lovely staff,see the aneshetses and my consultant,have a big fear of needles so whilist having spinal block done for my partial knee replacement was put at ease even though it had to be done twice,in recovery staff lovely,took up to the ward,night staff where fantastic when i buzzed they where straight there,also one night it wasnt quiet time for me to have any extra pain relief,so was told that they would be back when it was safe for me to have more pain relief,they come back right on time,loved the meal menu thta was offered,only wish that i didnt feel to sick to eat most of it,day staff lovely apart from the discharge nurse that came on the friday and told me in a rude manner that i needed to be washed and dressed and out the room by 10 30,this was less then 48 from surgery,i was in so much pain,luckily there was another nurse and pysio in the room with me and they told her that i was in no state to go home that day,also i found that the first physio lady that was with me the first day after my partial knee replacement thought it was funny to try and kick my feet to get me to bend my feet whilst sitting back in the chair,i didnt find it at all funny,luckily i didnt see no more of her,saturday late morning i went home,i was made to feel that because i was a nhs patient that i was holding up a bed for a private patient,you have lovely staff apart from these 2 that totally upset me,i wasnt going to leave a review but felt that the staff that where lovely and caring and supportive deserive good reviews
