"Talking therapies"

About: Somerset NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

After inadvertently overdosing on medication I became very wobbly and somehow developed vertigo. I was referred to Taking Therapies.

I was very sceptical about this at first but they offered me guidance on how to manage the fear of heights and has been a very good service. They are very caring, listen to what I have to say and take note of it.

I feel confident that the advice they give takes my specific concerns into account.
