It used to be a frustrating process trying to get through to the surgery on the telephone. Now that "ask my gp" email system had been introduced it takes me 5 mins to email my problem or concerns and the Gp has always called me back the same day (or next day if I message late in the day) and offered me an appointment the same day.
With a new baby this service has been really helpful and they have always been happy to see me.
I would recommend this surgery and the online system.
