"Prompt service thanks to new online system"

About: Concord Medical Centre

It used to be a frustrating process trying to get through to the surgery on the telephone. Now that "ask my gp" email system had been introduced it takes me 5 mins to email my problem or concerns and the Gp has always called me back the same day (or next day if I message late in the day) and offered me an appointment the same day.

With a new baby this service has been really helpful and they have always been happy to see me.

I would recommend this surgery and the online system.

Thank you for your feedback. We have been using Ask MY GP for a little over one year and the feedback from patients has been positive so we are pleased that it is working for you as a new parent. We will soon be adding more information to our Practice Website and texting service for information and health advice for new parents so please look out for these shortly.
