Went over on my ankle. Called 111 doctor Ray visited me at home, ambulance arrived 3 hrs later with 3 fantastic paramedics. I was carried down stairs and was comforted, examined and taken to RAH. The staff from the admittance nurse, who was run off her feet to nurses and doctor was excellent. The staff were busy, they dealt with all types of patients, some very ignorant, abnoctious people in a very professional manner. I have the utmost respect for them all. My foot is broken after the xray by two lovely staff I was returned to casualty ward. Doctor Francis was explaining I would get an appointment to return to the virtual clinic, she gave me pain relief. Thank you to her and all the staff, from the cleaners doing there jobs at 2am to the all the staff who do there jobs in the stressful circumstances they are in. I got a call the next day with my appointment, the lady who called me inquired about how I'm coping and about my pain she was lovely. So here we go again 3 years ago I broke my left leg and now suffer foot drop, it's just a matter of getting this better now with the help of all these wonderful people in the RAH. Thank you all for your care.
