(as a service user),

I recently had a bike accident and broke 4 ribs, dislocated a clavicle, shipped a vertebra and damage my lungs. The treatment was pain relief and physio.

I attended the physio department at Northwick Park Hospital in May where I have seen Rhys twice.

He brought together all the elements of treatment anyone would wnat. He was professional, reassuring, able to answer all questions clearly and showed wonderful compassion and care. The exercises he gave were well explained and really helpful. He is a credit to his profession. As I make a speedy recovery, I am sure that Rhys (I think this was his name) has played a huge element in this progress. Sincere thanks.
