I have attended this surgery for over 30 years and have always been very happy with the service offered to me. Staff have been pleasant and helpful at all times. 5 star service for me personally.
My only gripe is that in the upstairs surgeries the radio is on because without it you can hear what is being said in the consultation. I always sit as far as possible from the door to be respectful to others. I think something serious needs to be done about soundproofing.
