"Special Thanks to A&E"

We visited the A&E on the 23/04/2018 by referral from the GP due to chest pain. I was seen by a doctor and he went through the procedures with clear explanation. He was friendly, courteous and readily to answer all my queries and cleared my doubts. The doctor kept me informed of each procedures and the results promptly. ECG was carried out and based on his examination and GP comments he also took few blood test and urine test and kept us informed of the importance of the blood test.

We had to wait for the blood test and he reassured us that the ECG results were out but waiting for the blood results and would take some time. He ensured that we were well informed of the situation and the result.

From the blood results, he had to carried out some advice from further consultants which he called them promptly and made the necessary arrangement for some scans to be done within 48 hours. As promised for the arrangements to be made for the scan, I received a call the next morning for the emergency scan to be done at Northwick Park Hospital.

Everything went on well and we are very pleased with the excellent skills and services provided with the doctor. We would like to personally thank the doctor for his care and services provided.
