I took my dad for a follow up appointment with memory services (referral began originally in 2015 but due to lack of communication by gp referral was delayed into 2016 and very little has happened in the last 2 years).. The practitioner that we saw today had fully examined previous referral notes, scan results, memory tests and gave a very thorough update on my dad’s condition and the changes that had occurred in the last 2 years. My dad was the focus and she really spent time explaining things and answering his questions. We were given a lot of information and have been promised a follow up call next week to discuss a couple of options moving forward.
Had read a number of negative reviews regarding the services provided at folly hall but my experience today could not have been more positive and thanks to the person who dealt with us so professionally and with a real empathy for my dad.
"Memory services - great service"
