This morning I witnessed your reception staff in real action when an emergency situation came up with another patient in the waiting room. The patient was clearly distressed and becoming increasingly agitated. A member of staff took her into the reception area and offered her the use of a phone, she was able to calm the patient down and deal with other patients at the same time. What could of been a difficult situation was quickly resolved with the patient leaving peacefully. Well done for her quick thinking. I have been at this practice for a couple of years now and always had good dealings with reception.

Thank you so much for your feedback, which I have passed onto the receptionists involved. We do feel that our team go the extra mile to help patients in sometimes quite difficult circumstances, and it is always lovely when this is noted and we receive feedback.
