"Thanks to the doctor in Clinical Chemistry"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

I would like to record my thanks to the doctor for her ongoing care.

I attended this week for a procedure, and once again she went well beyond the normal courtesies in the arrangement and actioning of this test. She undertook to seek out the implications of the results on the same day, and ensured that I was informed of the outcome and the plans for next steps.

In all her dealings with me she has shown that her professionalism, interest in me as an individual in need, and her communication skills are of a very high order.
