The hospital is a clean facility but that's where the good news stops.
The receptionist took around 5 minutes to come back out to the counter after we had pressed the button as she was not at her desk but could be seen in the adjacent room making a drink!
The waiting time wasn't too bad but an URGENT care centre that takes over an hour to do an initial assessment really! doesn't seem very urgent to me!
The nurse was very short and sharp when speaking and didn't make me feel comfortable or at ease, she took obvs and then left the room, no explanation or anything and the next thing we know 30 minutes later a doctor walks in, gives a diagnosis or rest and paracetamol without even carrying out any examination and says if it gets worse go to kingmill !!! well ain't that just fantastic patient care just fob it off and pass it on to someone else! then as we were leaving the nurse that did the assessment just said "oh so he's cleared you to go home - strange but oh well take care"
"Poor Staff!"
