During my visit on Tuesday 22 May, 2018 for eye tests, from1420 onwards, I was really impressed by the friendliness, concern and care shown to me by the lady nurse conducting the tests.

I cannot stress highly enough, my appreciation for the friendliness, concern and the fact that he went out of his way to rectify a timing problem,.

One particular consultant, what a gentleman, he took time to LISTEN, was open, friendly, took time to show, and explain, my various test results, answered all this old chap's questions honestly,

and with understanding.

On leaving, I felt that a load had been removed from my shoulders for the first time in five months and I am deeply grateful to him for his time and concern, so request that you pass my comments on to him.
