"Thank you doctor and your team - from reception..."

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Gynaecology

It's a bit late coming, but I wanted to say Thank you to the doctor and your whole team. You literally saved my life. Without the care of you and my mother, I would not be here.

It was terrifying being told at 22yrs that I had ovarian cancer. The thought of having to possibly arrange your own funeral was soul-braking.

There was one HCA/Nurse in particular, who I regret I don't know the name of, but she was so lovely with me and always treated me with compassion and grace. She was an angel with me in such dark times.

The doctor and his team continued to look after me for 10yrs; making sure it hand't come back.

Thank you so much. I can't repay what you did for me but I will always sing your praises.
