About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Brought into Edinburgh A& E by ambulance yesterday. Excellent, caring paramedics. I had quite a long wait. Department was extremely busy but I was well looked after by helpful, friendly staff. The care was excellent. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience whilst in our care. I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait in the department but I am pleased that during this time you feel you had excellent care and were well looked after by our friendly team.

I will ensure that your feedback and comments are shared amongst the Emergency Department Team here at the Royal Infirmary and also with our Paramedic colleagues in the Scottish Ambulance Service.
