"Awful appointment protocol!"

I have only been with this surgery for 3 months, and I am appalled at how they have my mobile number - which is set up for appointment reminders - and do not remind me when my appointment is coming up.

Not only that, but I called to book an appointment which I was told I DID have - the girl I was speaking to said I would get a call after 1pm - nothing at 1pm...nothing at 2pm...nothing at 3pm. Called them back, oh I never had an appointment in the first place, meaning I had to speak to an on call doctor to get my medication increased.

And the GP I am under seems to think it's fine for my thyroid hormone levels to be underactive - when I am planning for a baby. Absolutely disgusting!
