"Kept on cancelling"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

My appointment have been cancelled the week before i was due in for a check up. I have only been to one appointment despite the fact that i have been a customer since the beginning of 2017. I have called in various of times: the receptionists are so rude and always keep on ending the calls, the orthodontics can never be reached and the orthodontic secretary/manager can also never be reached. I suggest you get a new number and stop cancelling. I'm worried for my treatment!!! Its the worst experience i've ever had.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time talking to us and that your appointment has been cancelled.

Please can you contact our PALS team on 0208 869 5118 or nwlh-tr.PALS@nhs.net and they will do their best to help you. I can't identify you from this post so I can't help. I will send your comments on to the orthodontics team though.
