"Unable to make appointments"

About: Tudor Lodge Surgery

Have now on 3 occasions needed to make appts and have yet to see a gp. Haven't been able to book an appt at the surgery to see a gp for years.

Reception staff try everything to prevent you being able to book an appt and have instead directed me to a&e and not wanting to waste hospitals time I ended up seeing an out of hours emergency doctor when my condition deteriorated.

No follow ups by the surgery whatsoever. I may as well not be registered with this surgery as I am now forced to oay for and see a private gp instead, as it is simply impossible for a working person to access this NHS service.

(If you can't ring at 8pm the dot and spend half an hour plus on hold you cannot get an appt and appts are only issued on the day. )

The aftercare and continuity is non existent.

I do not know how this compares to other surgeries as I have no experience but can say that i find the service to be unprofessional and not operated as a service.
